Mint starter kit IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Mint in Maputo: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: mint in Maputo works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint starter kit really costs in Maputo
Mint in Maputo reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.68 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |

| Entry kit | MT65 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.68 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
