Mint nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Mint in Maputo: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a nicotine salt bottle for mint
The honest read on mint: 22 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A mint nicotine salt bottle from the reviewed options in Mozambique costs about MT2.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint nicotine salt bottle really costs in Maputo
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.89 per 10 ml.
How we tested mint in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Maputo survives.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
