Mint disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Mint in Maputo: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
The honest read on mint: 6 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, disposable vape, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint disposable vape really costs in Maputo
Mint in Maputo reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mint goes wrong
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised MT67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.17 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for mint in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.17 per 10 ml liquid plus MT67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does mint in a disposable vape last?
In Maputo we measured 9 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.17 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
