Melon zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Melon in Maputo: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A melon zero-nicotine bottle from the value options in Mozambique costs about MT2.26 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a melon zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
Melon in Maputo reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested melon in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where melon goes wrong
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
