Melon sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Melon in Maputo: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What melon costs in Maputo
The honest read on melon: 18 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
Melon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.72 per 10 ml.
How we tested melon in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where melon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.72 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Maputo survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
