Melon 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Melon in Maputo: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with melon in Mozambique
Melon in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
We run melon the same way in Maputo: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where melon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT66 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.5 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
