Mango squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist
Mango in Maputo: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mango habit
The honest read on mango: 23 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mango squonk mod really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at mango in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mango in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mango bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where mango goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mango tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
