Mango cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Mango in Maputo: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Mango cartomizer here
Mango cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Mango in Maputo reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mango cartomizer really costs in Maputo
The honest read on mango: 13 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mango in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mango goes wrong
- Mixing mango with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.66 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Packaging for mango in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | MT40 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.66 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mango blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.66 per 10 ml liquid plus MT40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
