Lime RDA IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Lime in Maputo: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Lime RDA here
Lime in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at lime in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: lime in Maputo works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime RDA really costs in Maputo
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lime in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where lime goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lime in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | MT54 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.67 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is lime legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
