Lime RDA IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Lime in Maputo: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Lime RDA here
We run lime the same way in Maputo: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on lime: 23 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime RDA really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at lime in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lime in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lime goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.94 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | MT37 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.94 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
