Lime mesh tank IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Lime in Maputo: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
If you are looking at lime in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Lime mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: lime in Maputo works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime mesh tank really costs in Maputo
The honest read on lime: 22 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested lime in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where lime goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
