Licorice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Maputo: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Licorice 30 ml shortfill here
We run licorice the same way in Maputo: same 30 ml shortfill, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.57 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
