Licorice 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Licorice in Maputo: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a 100 ml bottle for licorice
Licorice in Maputo reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: licorice in Maputo works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested licorice in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.15 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT55 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.15 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.15 per 10 ml liquid plus MT55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
