Licorice 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Licorice in Maputo: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good 100 ml bottle from a repack
Licorice 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: licorice in Maputo works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at licorice in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 100 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | MT43 | What a first order really pays |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.59 per 10 ml liquid plus MT43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
