Lemon cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Lemon in Maputo: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.69 per 10 ml.
Lemon cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: lemon in Maputo works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon cartomizer really costs in Maputo

How we tested lemon in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
