Lemon 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Lemon in Maputo: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What lemon costs in Maputo
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.85 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
A lemon 60 ml bottle from the budget options in Mozambique costs about MT2.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested lemon in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.85 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lemon in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
