Iced pen device IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Iced in Maputo: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Iced in Maputo reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A iced pen device from the starter options in Mozambique costs about MT2.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced pen device really costs in Maputo
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Treating the advertised MT34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.21 per 10 ml.
