Iced disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Iced in Maputo: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What iced costs in Maputo
We run iced the same way in Maputo: same disposable vape, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Iced in Maputo reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: iced in Maputo works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced disposable vape really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at iced in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Is iced legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How long does iced in a disposable vape last?
In Maputo we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
