Iced 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Iced in Maputo: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a 60 ml bottle for iced
If you are looking at iced in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
The honest read on iced: 8 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Maputo survives.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
