Iced 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Iced in Maputo: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a 100 ml bottle for iced
Iced in Maputo reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Iced in a 100 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: iced in Maputo works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Iced in a 100 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.12 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Is iced legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
How long does iced in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Maputo we measured 5 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
