Honey 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Honey in Maputo: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the honey habit
A honey 10 ml bottle from the reviewed options in Mozambique costs about MT2.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.04 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long honey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a honey 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Honey in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested honey in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where honey goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
