Herbal starter kit IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Herbal in Maputo: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a starter kit for herbal
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A herbal starter kit from the reviewed options in Mozambique costs about MT2.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: herbal in Maputo works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal starter kit really costs in Maputo
Herbal in Maputo reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Maputo survives.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Packaging for herbal in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
