Herbal nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Herbal in Maputo: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Herbal nicotine salt bottle here
The honest read on herbal: 11 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.72 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal nicotine salt bottle really costs in Maputo
We run herbal the same way in Maputo: same nicotine salt bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested herbal in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Treating the advertised MT47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.72 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
