Herbal mesh tank IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Herbal in Maputo: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Herbal in Maputo reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal mesh tank really costs in Maputo
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.02 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.02 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for herbal in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
