Herbal 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Herbal in Maputo: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What herbal costs in Maputo
Herbal in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.64 per 10 ml.
The short version: herbal in Maputo works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested herbal in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Maputo survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
