Herbal 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Herbal in Maputo: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Herbal 30 ml shortfill here
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.77 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Herbal in Maputo reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Maputo survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Is herbal legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
