Guava sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Guava in Maputo: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Guava in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Guava in Maputo reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a guava sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
Guava sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested guava in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where guava goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Maputo survives.
- Treating the advertised MT34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.22 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for guava in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Guava | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | sub-ohm kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 6 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT34 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.22 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should guava start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
