Guava 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Guava in Maputo: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run guava the same way in Maputo: same 30 ml shortfill, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
A guava 30 ml shortfill from the bulk options in Mozambique costs about MT2.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested guava in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.67 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for guava in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should guava start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
