Graphite squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Graphite in Maputo: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Graphite squonk mod here
Graphite in Maputo reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: graphite in Maputo works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite squonk mod really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested graphite in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is graphite legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
