Graphite 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Graphite in Maputo: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
The honest read on graphite: 8 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.69 per 10 ml.
The short version: graphite in Maputo works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at graphite in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 100 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested graphite in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.69 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
