What grapey costs in Maputo
We run grapey the same way in Maputo: same squonk mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A grapey squonk mod from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT2.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey squonk mod really costs in Maputo
Grapey in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested grapey in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
