Grapey refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Grapey in Maputo: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Grapey refill pack here
Grapey in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Grapey in Maputo reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey refill pack really costs in Maputo
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.5 per 10 ml.
How we tested grapey in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in Maputo survives.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for grapey in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
