Frozen 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Frozen in Maputo: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Frozen 60 ml bottle here
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.37 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at frozen in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: frozen in Maputo works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Frozen in Maputo reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for frozen in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.37 per 10 ml liquid plus MT56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does frozen in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Maputo we measured 5 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
