Fig pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
If you are looking at fig in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.08 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig pod kit really costs in Maputo
A fig pod kit from the reviewed options in Mozambique costs about MT2.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Maputo survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
