Fig pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
If you are looking at fig in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on fig: 9 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig pod kit really costs in Maputo
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.35 per 10 ml.
How we tested fig in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where fig goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Maputo survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for fig in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.35 per 10 ml liquid plus MT66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
