Fig nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Maputo: the online shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Fig in Maputo: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good nicotine salt bottle from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.23 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig nicotine salt bottle really costs in Maputo
Fig nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested fig in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.

In Maputo we measured 4 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.23 per 10 ml liquid plus MT44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
