Fig disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
If you are looking at fig in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Fig in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: fig in Maputo works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig disposable vape really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at fig in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested fig in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
Where fig goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Maputo survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
Is fig legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.0 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
