Fig 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with fig in Mozambique
Fig in a 100 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A fig 100 ml bottle from the compared options in Mozambique costs about MT3.1 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: fig in Maputo works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Fig 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested fig in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised MT36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.1 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.1 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
How long does fig in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Maputo we measured 7 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
