Dessert nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Dessert in Maputo: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on dessert: 14 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert nicotine salt bottle really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at dessert in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested dessert in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Packaging for dessert in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Is dessert legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
