Dessert box mod IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Dessert in Maputo: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.33 per 10 ml.
Dessert box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert box mod really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at dessert in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested dessert in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for dessert in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
