Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Dessert in Maputo: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.98 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.98 per 10 ml.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Maputo survives.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT57 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.98 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

On the last run in Maputo: about MT1.98 per 10 ml liquid plus MT57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is dessert legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
