Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Dessert in Maputo: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
A dessert 30 ml shortfill from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT2.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.5 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at dessert in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised MT46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.5 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
