Cream vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Cream in Maputo: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.76 per 10 ml.
We run cream the same way in Maputo: same vape pen, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream vape pen really costs in Maputo
The honest read on cream: 23 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Treating the advertised MT58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.76 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
