Home / Cream RDA IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist

Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window

We run cream the same way in Maputo: same RDA, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.15 per 10 ml.

The short version: cream in Maputo works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a cream RDA really costs in Maputo

Cream RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

How we tested cream in a RDA

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.

• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Mozambique.

Where cream goes wrong

• Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
• Treating the advertised MT68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.15 per 10 ml.

The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
