Cream pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Cream in Maputo: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Cream pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream pod kit really costs in Maputo
Cream in Maputo reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cream in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.87 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Maputo survives.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is cream legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT1.87 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
