Cream 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist
Cream in Maputo: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.91 per 10 ml.
The honest read on cream: 11 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
A cream 60 ml bottle from the bulk options in Mozambique costs about MT1.91 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
