Cola refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the best shortlist
Cola in Maputo: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with cola in Mozambique
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: cola in Maputo works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola refill pack really costs in Maputo
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.61 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cola goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised MT68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.61 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
