Cola 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Cola in Maputo: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with cola in Mozambique
Cola 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.35 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
