Coffee sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Coffee in Maputo: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a sub-ohm kit for coffee
Coffee in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A coffee sub-ohm kit from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: coffee in Maputo works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at coffee in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested coffee in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
