Coffee cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Coffee in Maputo: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Coffee is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Coffee cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coffee cartomizer really costs in Maputo
The honest read on coffee: 8 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
